“A patient in the study evaluating seclidemstat, also known as SP-2577, in combination with azacitidine in adults with myelodysplastic syndromes and chronic myelomonocytic leukemia, experienced a serious and unexpected grade-4 adverse event. Salarius said that under the partial FDA hold, new patients can’t be enrolled in the study, but current participants can continue treatment.”
