Further development of PD-1xCTLA-4 bispecific antibody vudalimab paused
“In the fourth quarter of 2024, Xencor completed enrollment in two studies of vudalimab in patients with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC) and in Part 1 of a study in patients with locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer. Xencor has paused further development of vudalimab and has prioritized resources to advance other pipeline programs. Safety data from the three studies of vudalimab remain consistent with prior data disclosures.”
