The board of directors (the “Board”) of Sino Biopharmaceutical Limited (the “Company”, together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”) announces that TQB3205 “Pan-KRAS inhibitor”, an innovative drug independently developed by Chia Tai Tianqing Pharmaceutical Group Co.
