First patient dosed in Ph 1/2 trial of TNG462 and daraxonrasib or zoldonrasib in patients with MTAP-deleted and RAS mutant metastatic pancreatic or lung cancer

“Almost all MTAP-del pancreatic and approximately 30% of lung cancers have a co-occurring RAS mutation, and preclinical data show strong combination activity of TNG462 with either daraxonrasib or zoldonrasib.
