(2696.HK) announced that the first patient has been dosed in China in HLX22-BC201, a phase 2 clinical trial of the company’s novel anti-HER2 monoclonal antibody (mAb), HLX22, in combination with trastuzumab deruxtecan (T-DXd) for the treatment of HER2-low, hormone receptor (HR)-positive locally advanced or metastatic breast cancer. Apart from its exploration in HER2-positive gastric cancer, the therapeutic scope of HLX22 has further expanded to the field of breast cancer, potentially providing new treatment options for broader tumour patients population.”
