IND Approval for ITGB6-Targeted ADC SKB105 received from the NMPA

Investigational New Drug (IND) application for SKB105 (also known as CR-003), an internally developed integrin beta-6 (ITGB6)-targeted antibody-drug conjugate (ADC), has been approved by the Center for Drug Evaluation (CDE) of the National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) of China for the treatment of advanced solid tumors.
